This was my first time at Ricky James but it certainly won't be my last!. Welcoming and professional, Holly did an amazing job fixing my hair after I got a shockingly bad cut somewhere else. As an Autistic person I can find haircuts challenging, but Holly put me at ease straightaway and knew exactly what to do to sort my hair out. I'm really chuffed with the result!
Husband had his hair cut with Radek while I was with Holly and he's very happy too :)

The booking app is great. Simple and clear. Email reminder the day before also adds a nice touch. Hair is excellent. Attention to detail is a big plus for me. A relaxed atmosphere with cool background music makes for a nice experience.
Somewhere to hang my coat would be nice.
